Please note that the main entrance gates to our club grounds have been locked and will remain so for the foreseeable future.

Our club executive has taken this action for a number of reasons:

Firstly, the ball stopper nets on our main pitch were damaged during a recent storm. The main pitch will remain closed until the necessary repairs are carried out.

Secondly, we have had multiple instances where people have been observed dumping their domestic rubbish in the bins on our club grounds. Such behaviour is unacceptable, and we cannot allow it to continue.

Finally, the club car-park and grounds have been used as a venue for some amateur “Lewis Hamiltons” to display their driving skills, damaging the surface that we work so hard to maintain for our members.

Such anti-social behaviour will no longer be tolerated. CCTV is in operation and going forward we will have no alternative but to involve the Gardaí.

We ask all club and community members to contact a member of our executive if they notice anything out of the ordinary or have any concerns.

Our Astro pitch, Ball Wall and Walking Track remain open – Club Members (including Social Members) can access these fantastic facilities via the side gates.
