Longwood's LGFA teams continued their good form this evening when our U12 Girl's qualified for the League Final.

Coming hot on the heels of Féile glory for our U15 Girls and a League title for our U14 Girls, the pressure was on the U12's to continue the trend. And they certainly didn't disappoint!

Despite having to travel to a much-fancied Summerhill team, the girls played with tremendous skill and determination, ultimately securing a two point victory.

There is little time to rest as the players and mentors now have to prepare for a final on Saturday afternoon when they take on neighbours and rivals, Na Fianna.

The final takes place in Dunganny and is scheduled to get underway @ 3.30
