Meath hurling and football supporters will set up base camp in Croke Park this weekend.

While many will doubt whether they can successfully scale the summit of a Leinster Senior Final against the Dubs on Sunday, we can always hope........

The weekend gets off with Meath squaring up to Down in the Christy Ring Cup Final. Longwood's very own Damien Healy has been a key performer so far this season and we wish Damo and the boys every success on Saturday.

Sunday sees football take centre stage.

The starter sees Meath tackle Kildare in the Leinster Junior Final @ 1.45 with the main course being served @ 4.00 when Meath go into battle with reigning champions Dublin.

Dublin will undoubtedly go into the game as overwhelming favourites but Meath have never backed away from a challenge from their traditional Leinster rivals.
